Mobile vs. parlor teams
In MyPetParlor App, teams can be mobile or parlor.
- Mobile teams support functionality focused on the mobile grooming experience. It is for your mobile grooming teams traveling to and from each customer and providing them with your services at their requested location.
- Parlor teams are meant for the local parlor experience that has a fixed-location. It is for your parlor grooming teams at your brick-and-mortar location serving customers from a single fixed-location.
Team tips and best practices
- Inherit from profiles, as much as possible, to decrease the need to update multiple teams to change the same information.
- Make sure the teams you create or maintain have a clear name and description so that people understand what they're meant for.
- Disable teams when they're no longer needed.
